Finger food, the ideal snack for the party, fits on any buffet, tastes hot and cold

Mix or knead the minced meat with the egg, mustard, onion granules, mineral water, and chili flakes, and finally season with salt and pepper. Let the meat mixture rest for about 15 minutes. Then form it into meatballs and place them on wooden skewers. Fill the deep fryer with oil and preheat to 170°C. Fry the meatballs in the hot oil until golden brown. Serve with French fries, potato salad, bread or baguette, and dips such as tzatziki or ketchup. Variation: Cut the cheese into 15 mm cubes and fill the meatballs with them, then proceed in the same way.
