Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat (beef, possibly mixed)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 onion(s), very finely chopped
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 potatoes, boiled, cooled, mashed
  • 100 ml cream
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • Butter for frying
  • 300 ml meat broth
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 100 ml cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Combine all ingredients for the meatballs in a bowl and mix together. Let rest for about half an hour. With wet hands, form 3cm meatballs from the meat mixture. Then fry them in a pan with melted butter on all sides. For the sauce, heat the meat broth and thicken it with the flour. Add the cream and season to taste. Arrange on plates and serve immediately.
