Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 roll
  • ½ cup milk
  • e.g. breadcrumbs
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

no matter whether mini or regular size

First, soak the bread roll in the milk. In the meantime, you can also dice the onion. Place the chopped onion in a bowl and add all the other ingredients. Knead everything well by hand. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste and knead thoroughly. Then add the soaked milk bread roll, which has been torn into small pieces. Knead the minced meat in the bowl again by hand. If the mince is too soft, add a little more breadcrumbs and knead again. Then form the minced meat into large or small meatballs, depending on your preference. Heat oil in a pan and fry the meatballs until cooked through, turning them several times.
