Meatballs alI Ìtalia

The perfect meatballs ali ìtalia recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Mixed minced meat
  • 70 g Black olives, pitted, finely chopped
  • 50 g Dried tomatoes, diced
  • 1 soaked Bun
  • 1 Egg size M.
  • 3 tbsp Grated Parmesan
  • 2 Chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp Lowfat quark
  • 1 tbsp Freshly chopped thyme
  • 1 tbsp Fresh basil, finely chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix all ingredients well with your hands, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Form small meatballs out of the mince mixture and place on the baking sheet. Bake on the middle rack for about 15 minutes and serve either immediately or cold.
  3. Tip 3: The meatballs can be pre-produced and frozen, so they’ll still taste great.
