Ingredients
 

meatballs

  • According to hacked
  • Onion, diced
  • Garden garlic
  • Pepper, salt, paprika
  • Cinnamon and mace
  • Lion mustard
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Eggs size M

Potatoes (new harvest)

  • Quarter cut potato
  • Salt

cucumber salad

  • Snake cucumbers
  • White onion (diced)
  • Condensed milk 10% fat
  • Yogurt 30% fat
  • Honey balsamic vinegar
  • Pepper salt,
  • Honey liquid
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice

to fry

  • Olive oil butter mixture

Aioli coating

  • For wrapping the meatballs

    Preparation of the potatoes

    • I'm actually leaving the peel on for the new harvest, but my daughter had already peeled it by accident. So please don't get irritated with the pictures. This is how it should be done: Clean the potatoes well, do not peel them and finish cooking them whole. When the potatoes are done they are quartered.

    The cucumber salad

    • Wash the cucumbers and cut them into very fine slices with the help of a kitchen slicer.
    • Place the cut cucumber slices in a bowl that can accommodate an upturned soup plate. Place the slices on top. This means that the cucumber juice collects under the plate and can be disposed of if necessary (intolerance or otherwise). Personally, I collect the juice in order to use it for the dressing afterwards.

    The meatballs

    • When the potatoes are cooking, the meatballs are made. For this, all of the listed ingredients are thoroughly mixed together (I personally prefer to do this with my hands). IMPORTANT ----- There is no bread in my meatball mass! After the mixture is ready, the meatballs are shaped into different sizes as you like. I always like to turn some of the meatballs in my aioli breading (in my KB).
    • Preheat a large pan or grill plate to high heat. Now pour in the olive oil and butter mixture to cover the ground. First add the cut garden garlic and pull it through the butter oil.
    • Now distribute the meatballs evenly here. Fry each side for 5 minutes on three quarters of the possible heat without turning.

    The dressing

    • Now you make the dressing. To do this, first move the cucumber slices briefly (in a can) and remove the plate. Now add all the ingredients listed for this to the cucumber juice. Beat well with a whisk. Fold in the cucumber slices and add the chives.
