  • 1 kg Waxy potatoes

cook in:

  • 3 liter Salted water
  • 1 teaspoon Caraway seeds
  • Nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper
  • 100 g Diced jerky, sautéed
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar

Cucumber:

  • 1 Pc. Cucumber
  • 1 Pc. Diced onion
  • Dill
  • Salt and pepper
  • Corn oil
  • Vinegar
  1. Wash the potatoes, cook in salted water & caraway seeds for about 20 minutes.
  2. Discharge, quench, peel. Cut into 0.5 cm thick slices.
  3. Potatoes, season with nutmeg, pepper & salt.
  4. Add flour and vinegar to the seared jerky meat, bring to the boil with a little water. Put it on the potatoes. Now it has to cool down.
  5. Peel the cucumber (pulled yourself in summer) and slice it.
  6. Sprinkle with dill and onion cubes. Add vinegar and oil, season with salt & pepper. Please do not let stand long before you mix the salads.
