Ingredients
 

  • 1 kg Waxy potatoes

cook in:

  • 3 L Salted water
  • 1 tsp Caraway seeds
  • Nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper
  • 100 g Diced jerky, sautéed
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar

Cucumber:

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Diced onion
  • Dill
  • Salt and pepper
  • Corn oil
  • Vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Wash the potatoes, cook in salted water & caraway seeds for about 20 minutes.
  • Discharge, quench, peel. Cut into 0.5 cm thick slices.
  • Potatoes, season with nutmeg, pepper & salt.
  • Add flour and vinegar to the seared jerky meat, bring to the boil with a little water. Put it on the potatoes. Now it has to cool down.
  • Peel the cucumber (pulled yourself in summer) and slice it.
  • Sprinkle with dill and onion cubes. Add vinegar and oil, season with salt & pepper. Please do not let stand long before you mix the salads.
