Forked Spaghetti with Meatballs in Spicy Sauce
The perfect forked spaghetti with meatballs in spicy sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the sauce:
- 500 g Ground beef
- 1 Onion (peel, dice)
- 1 Egg
- 1 Rolls (soak in water)
- Salt, pepper, paprika, turmeric
- 1 Onion (peel, dice)
- 250 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 Small can of peeled tomatoes
- 50 g Frozen peas
- 2 Eß Food starch
- Cook the fork spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet.
- Knead the mince, diced onion, egg, rolls and spices and form small meatballs.
- Sauté the onion cubes in a saucepan with a little oil, add with the broth, peeled tomatoes and meatballs …… simmer for about 15 minutes, then add the frozen peas to the sauce.
- Thicken with the cornstarch and season to taste.
