Forked Spaghetti with Meatballs in Spicy Sauce

The perfect forked spaghetti with meatballs in spicy sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the sauce:

  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 1 Onion (peel, dice)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Rolls (soak in water)
  • Salt, pepper, paprika, turmeric
  • 1 Onion (peel, dice)
  • 250 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 Small can of peeled tomatoes
  • 50 g Frozen peas
  • 2 Eß Food starch
  1. Cook the fork spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet.
  1. Knead the mince, diced onion, egg, rolls and spices and form small meatballs.
  1. Sauté the onion cubes in a saucepan with a little oil, add with the broth, peeled tomatoes and meatballs …… simmer for about 15 minutes, then add the frozen peas to the sauce.
