Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1,000 g minced meat, 1/2 beef and 1/2 pork
  • 1 bunch of soup vegetables
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp, leveled pepper

Clean the vegetables and onion and chop into small pieces. Peel the garlic. Place everything in a food processor and chop very finely with a cleaver.
