Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 roll, white
- Water, cold for soaking
- 50 g Parmesan, grated
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- some salt and pepper
- some sweet paprika powder

Soak the bread roll in cold water for a few minutes. When it’s completely soft, squeeze it out thoroughly. Combine all ingredients with the soft bread roll in a bowl and knead until well blended. Then form approximately 14 equal-sized meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven at 180°C (fan oven) for approximately 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
