Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 2 large carrots
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

This is how my family likes them best

First, peel and finely grate the carrots, then mix the grated carrots with the minced meat and eggs, giving the meat a nice browning. Season with salt and pepper and form the meat mixture into patties. If the meat mixture is still too soft, you can mix in some breadcrumbs. Fry on both sides until cooked through.
