Meatballs with Rice and Vegetables

The perfect meatballs with rice and vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Medium sized carrots
  • 3 Zucchini
  • 1 Cauliflower
  • 2 cups Basmati rice
  • 400 g Minced meat
  • Salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder
  • 1 Vol. Finely chopped parsley
  • Olive oil
  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  1. Before processing, clean and water the vegetables. Grind the carrots and zucchini and then briefly fry them in olive oil.
  1. Cook cauliflower in salted water until cooked. Break into florets before or after.
  1. Cook the rice in salted water until it is cooked through.
  1. Mix the minced meat with the paprika, pepper, garlic powder, eggs and the finely chopped parsley and season to taste. Then shape the meatballs and fry them in the oil until they have a crispy crust.
  1. Now briefly heat all the vegetables together in the pan of the fried meatballs so that they can absorb the meat taste.
  1. Now arrange on a plate and you’re done. Also note the pictures !!!!!
