Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Minced meat
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Emmental
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp Bread flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chili powder
  • Hot paprika powder

Instructions
 

  • Peel the onions and garlic, dice finely and mix well with all the other ingredients except the cheese.
  • Shape the minced meat like bread in a soaked Römertopf, press the cheese into the middle of the minced meat and cook in the oven at 200 ° C for approx. 90 minutes.
