Tagliatelle, Tomato Sauce on Filled Meatloaf

  • 180 g Tagliatelle
  • 1 Can Skinned tomatoes
  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • Thyme
  • Oregano
  • Basil
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 4 Pc. Peppers
  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain, toss in a little butter and arrange in the center of the plate.
  2. Cut off the lids of the peppers. Remove the seeds, possibly cut straight at the bottom so that the pepper stands but nothing can leak. Wash and dry. Heat in the microwave for approx. 1 minute at 600 W.
  3. Cut the onion into cubes and sweat with a little oil until translucent. Add herbs and spices and continue cooking. Add the chopped tomatoes with the sauce, stir, continue to simmer on a low heat for approx. 10 minutes. Stir in 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and whipped cream. Season again with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the finished tomato sauce into the peppers and arrange on the plate with the noodles as well.
  5. Meatloaf slices filled meatloaf (wrong rabbit) – fill it with the other ingredients and fill it differently. Bon Appetit !
