Meatloaf filled with peppers
meatloaf
- 400 g Mett seasoned (additional)
- 400 g Mixed minced meat
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Rolls (instead of breadcrumbs)
- Milk to your taste
- 1 Red pepper (additional)
- 125 g Diced bacon (additional)
- 1 Onion
- 2 tsp Sweet paprika powder (additional)
- 1 tbsp Mustard medium hot
- Salt, gourmet pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp Whiskey (additional)
filling
- 7 piece Cherry peppers filled with cream cheese (instead of red peppers)
Side dishes
- 7 piece Potatoes (leftovers)
- 2 Medium-Sized tomatoes (leftovers)
- “Würz-Genie” spice mix to your taste
- 4 tbsp Maple syrup for brushing

- Clean and core the paprika, cut into small cubes. Take a small bowl and add the bread roll to it. Add milk to taste and let soak. Peel the onion and place in a lightning chopper, finely chop.
- Put the seasoned meat & minced meat mixed in a bowl. Add the eggs and the bun squeezed out. Add half of the finely chopped onions, diced bacon and paprika, the spices and whiskey. Mix everything together well.

- Line a work surface with parchment paper and place the mince on top and shape an oval plate with your hands. Then place the cherry peppers filled with cream cheese in the middle. Then fold the whole thing on top of each other and shape into a roast.
Side dishes
- Peel and dice the remaining potatoes. Wash tomatoes, cut in half. Take a square baking dish, grease and add the meatloaf. Then put the diced potatoes and the halved tomatoes on the right & left. Sprinkle with a mixture and some of the diced onions.
to bake
- Preheat the oven Preheat to 200 ° degrees top / bottom heat. When preheated, slide in and bake for 50 minutes. Then pull out briefly and brush with the maple syrup. Scatter the rest of the onions on top and put them back in the oven, then bake for another 10 minutes.
Serving
- Take the flat plate and take the meatloaf out of the oven. Slice and serve with the potatoes and tomatoes.
