Ingredients

  • Baguette slices
  • 4 Medium tomatoes
  • 1 Red onion
  • 10 Cucumber
  • 2 Sugar
  • 0,5 Lemon fresh
  • Salt and fresh pepper
  • 3 Oil
  • 2 Vinegar
  • 15 Leaves of basil
  • Chives
  • Crumb Salt

Instructions

  • Quarter tomatoes and remove the pulp. Do the same with the cucumber. Salt everything and mix with fresh pepper. Process the onion into very small cubes. Add sugar, oil and a little vinegar. Use the juice of ½ lemon to mix everything well and let it steep for about half an hour. Cut the baguette into not too large slices (diagonally) and toast them in the toaster or oven. Halve the whole clove of garlic and use it to perfume the bread properly. Heap the bruschetta on top of the still warm slices. Garnish with chives and crumbs.
