Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 2 rolls, stale, soaked
- 1 ¼ kg minced meat, mixed
- 3 onions, peeled and diced
- 3 eggs
- 1 can of corn
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped
- 1 pkt. Peas and carrots, frozen
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp mustard
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- 1 cup sour cream
- 6 tbsp tomato ketchup
- chili powder
- lemon juice
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped
- 1 jar salad mayonnaise
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
For the meatloaf, squeeze out the excess water from the rolls and drain the corn. Mix everything well with the ground meat and season to taste. Form a loaf and brush with oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 1 hour. For the sauce, mix everything together and season to taste. Serve garnished with parsley and radishes.
