  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 200 g herb cream cheese
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • some tomatoes, dried
  • 5 small cherry tomatoes
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 bunch of chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Chop the onion and garlic and mix with the minced meat, eggs, breadcrumbs, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. For the filling, dice the garlic, cherry tomatoes, and sun-dried tomatoes, finely slice the spring onions, and chop the herbs. Then combine with the finely diced feta, natural yogurt, and cream cheese. Stir into a creamy dough and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Roll out the minced meat on baking paper, thinning the dough around the edges. Spread the filling on top and roll it up using the baking paper. Press the edges firmly to avoid any holes. Place in an ovenproof dish and bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees Celsius for 30-45 minutes.
