Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g flour
  • 100 g margarine (you may)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 720 g applesauce
  • 1 pack of pudding powder (vanilla)
  • 300 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 3 eggs, separated

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Make a batter from flour, margarine, sugar, 2 eggs and baking powder. Place this in the base of a springform pan (do not raise the sides!) and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes. Bring the applesauce and vanilla pudding powder to a boil and stir well. Pour the mixture onto the pre-baked base. Mix the sour cream with the low-fat quark, sugar and egg yolk. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in carefully. Pour the cream onto the applesauce and bake the cake again at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Allow to cool in the pan and then refrigerate overnight. A 28 cm springform pan is suitable for baking. The entire cake contains approx. 2550 kcal., LF30: 25.74%. And the entire cake contains 49.7 WW P.
