For the barbecue party

First, prepare the herb and vegetable spice mix. Mix the sun-dried tomatoes, bell pepper pieces, chili, finely chopped herbs, garlic, onion, and oil in a bowl and set aside. Tip: You can also prepare the mixture the night before. Just take it out of the refrigerator in time so the ingredients are at room temperature! Make a yeast dough from the dough ingredients and let it rise for about 30 minutes. Then knead in the mixture and let the dough rise for another 20 minutes. The dough will be quite soft. Form one large loaf or two smaller loaves of bread. The dough will be a bit sticky; if necessary, knead in a little more flour and oil your hands. To strengthen the dough, wrap two pieces of aluminum foil folded several times around the edges of the loaves, otherwise the dough will spread too much! Whisk the egg yolk with milk and brush the bread with it, then sprinkle with pepper and coarse sea salt. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 40 minutes (2 loaves). If you are only making 1 large loaf, bake a little longer.
