delicious and easy

Gently heat the grated garlic with the olive oil in a pan and set aside. In a compact food processor, combine the flour, salt, and sugar. Add the cold olive oil and mix again. Then, little by little, add a tablespoon of the cold water and mix on low speed until you have an elastic dough. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes. Roll out the dough thinly, prick it several times with a fork, and cut into squares/bars, etc. It’s especially easy to do with a pizza cutter. Bake at 180°C for 5-10 minutes. This also depends on the thickness of the crackers and the oven. These crackers are also delicious for dipping or simply on their own with a glass of wine!
