Mediterranean oven-baked salmon

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 salmon fillets, frozen
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 stalks of fresh basil
  • olive oil
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Simple, quick and super delicious!

Line a baking dish with a piece of aluminum foil and place the salmon inside. Season the fish generously on all sides with salt and pepper, pressing the seasonings in gently. Drizzle with a little olive oil. Spread honey and lemon juice on top. Finally, finely chop the basil and place it on top of the salmon, pressing it down gently. Close the aluminum foil and place the whole thing in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30-40 minutes (depending on the oven).
