Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 100 g ham, Serrano-
  • 250 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 jar olives, black
  • 1 handful of arugula
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • chili flakes

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta until al dente. Cut the feta, Serrano ham (use a sharp knife!), tomatoes, and olives into bite-sized pieces. Halve or third the arugula leaves, depending on their size. Crush the garlic clove and make the salad dressing with oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. If you prefer a less acidic dish, use less vinegar. Add a few chili flakes to taste. This salad pairs perfectly with grilled or pan-fried meat.
