Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta (Penne Rigate)
- 1 small jar of tomatoes, dried and preserved in oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 10 basil leaves
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Cook the pasta in salted water and let cool. Chop the sun-dried tomatoes, reserving the oil they were marinated in. Finely chop the garlic cloves or press them through a garlic press. Chop the basil. Mix with the pasta and oil. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate. Stir again before serving.
