Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 piece(s) ginger, peeled, 1 – 2 cm long
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 tsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • some honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

healthy and beneficial, especially for colds

Cut the ginger into approximately 3 slices and place the pieces in a cup. Then pour boiling water over the cup and let it steep for at least 5 minutes. Add the lime juice and sweeten with honey to taste. Note: The ginger pieces can be removed from the cup (we recommend placing them in a tea infuser or tea strainer), but this isn’t necessary.
