Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 600 g cream cheese
- 250 g feta cheese
- 6 tomatoes, dried in oil
- 1 large garlic clove(s)
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp Italian herbs
- possibly salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with feta and dried tomatoes
Peel the garlic and chop it very finely with the tomatoes in a food processor. Roughly chop the feta and blend it with the milk in the food processor. It should form a firm, pasty mixture. Stir in the cream cheese and herbs until creamy. Season with salt, if desired. This dip is perfect for barbecues or as a spread on bread. I made this recipe for a party with 20 people. If you don’t need as much, halve the ingredients.
