- 300 g feta cheese
- 4 large tomatoes
- 100 g olives, green or black, pitted
- 4 cloves garlic
- n. B. Pepper, cut into strips
- 400 ml chili tomato sauce (Arrabbiata)

Place the feta cheese, sliced lengthwise, and a little olive oil in a heatproof dish. Cover the cheese with the diced tomatoes. Top with the tomatoes, then add the olives and chili peppers (to taste), along with the crushed garlic cloves. Finally, pour a thin layer of sauce (e.g., Barilla Arrabbiata). Bake in a preheated oven at 180-200°C (350-400°F) for 20 minutes. Serve with fresh baguette.
