  • 300 g feta cheese
  • 4 large tomatoes
  • 100 g olives, green or black, pitted
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • n. B. Pepper, cut into strips
  • 400 ml chili tomato sauce (Arrabbiata)
  • 1 baguette(s)

Place the feta cheese, sliced ​​lengthwise, and a little olive oil in a heatproof dish. Cover the cheese with the diced tomatoes. Top with the tomatoes, then add the olives and chili peppers (to taste), along with the crushed garlic cloves. Finally, pour a thin layer of sauce (e.g., Barilla Arrabbiata). Bake in a preheated oven at 180-200°C (350-400°F) for 20 minutes. Serve with fresh baguette.
