Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g tuna (can), sliced
- 110 g olives, black
- 110 g green olives
- 60 g capers
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- 4 anchovy fillets, pickled in oil, sliced
- 4 garlic cloves, squeezed
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped
- 125 ml olive oil, green
- 500g penne
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Combine the olives, capers, lemon juice, garlic cloves, tuna, anchovy fillets, and parsley in a bowl with the olive oil and toss to combine. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, drain, and return it to the pot. Now add the ingredients from the bowl to the pot with the cooked pasta and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
