Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g tuna in its own juice (can)
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste, triple concentrated
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 pinch of salt
- ½ tsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp herbs de Provence, ground
- 2 tbsp capers, pickled (not in oil)
- 1 artichoke(s), pickled (not in oil)
- 1 small onion(s)
- 150 g low-fat feta cheese
- 30 g Parmesan

Drain the tuna well, place it in a bowl, and mash it with a fork. Add the eggs and mix well. Place this mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat, no fan!) for 15 minutes. In the meantime, mix the tomato paste with the water, salt, pepper, and Provençal herbs until you have a smooth sauce. Finely slice the onion. Slice the artichoke in the same way. Cut the feta cheese into thin strips and grate the Parmesan cheese. Remove the tuna base from the oven and spread the tomato sauce on top. Place the capers, artichokes, and onions on the pizza. Arrange the feta cheese slices on top, followed by the Parmesan cheese. Return the pizza to the preheated oven for another 30 minutes.
