Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g minced beef
- 4 tbsp tomato paste
- 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 4 tsp herbs, Italian
- salt and pepper
- 100 g cheese, grated
- e.g. salami, hot or normal
- 2 Pepper
- 1 onion(s), red
- 100 g ricotta

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
low carb and fast
Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and press it onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper (approx. 30 x 20 cm). Then place it in the hot oven for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the tomato paste with the ketchup and spices, and season with salt and pepper. After 10 minutes, remove the meatballs from the oven and spread with the tomato sauce. Top with cheese, onions, and salami. Then add the pepperoni and scatter dollops of ricotta on top. Place back in the oven at 200°C for another 10-15 minutes, until the desired browning is achieved. A super delicious recipe, low-carb, and very tasty and versatile.
