Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 g hard cheese, grated
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 50 g cream
  • 50 g butter
  • herbs or mushrooms, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes

Heat the butter and cream to 100°C for 2 minutes on speed 1. Then add the grated cheese and simmer for another 2 minutes at 100°C on speed 2. Finally, add the sour cream and mix for 20 seconds on speed 4. Optionally, garnish with herbs or chopped mushrooms. This processed cheese will keep well in the refrigerator for a few days, but it should be consumed or processed quickly afterward, as it contains no artificial preservatives.
