Melon and buffalo mozzarella with Parma ham

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 slices of Parma ham
  • 250 g mozzarella (buffalo), sliced
  • 250 g melon(s) of your choice (mixed varieties), chopped
  • some olive oil
  • some black pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place two slices of Parma ham on each plate. Add three slices of buffalo mozzarella and top with a mixture of different melon pieces (honeydew, watermelon, and netted melon, etc.). Grind a little pepper over the melon pieces and mozzarella, then drizzle with a little olive oil. Serve with fresh baguette or white bread.
