Melon and cucumber bites

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • ½ cucumber(s), organic, slim
  • ¼ watermelon(s), seedless
  • 150 g goat’s cheese
  • 75 g blueberries
  • possibly salt
  • pepper
  • some blueberries for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with blueberry goat’s cheese

Wash the cucumber, dry it, and cut it into ten 0.5 cm thick slices. Slice the melon and cut it into ten pieces using a round or flower-shaped cutter slightly larger than the diameter of the cucumber. Wash the blueberries, drain well, mix with the cream cheese, and mash with a fork. Season with pepper and salt, if desired. Stack a slice of melon and cucumber on top, spread some of the cream cheese and blueberry mixture on top, and place a blueberry on top.
