Melon and mozzarella with Parma ham

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 honeydew melon(s)
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 250 g mozzarella or buffalo mozzarella
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • olive oil
  • 100 g Parma ham, thinly sliced
  • ½ bunch chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the melon, halve it, remove the seeds, and slice it thinly. Arrange it on a platter. Season with salt and ground pepper. Slice the mozzarella and arrange it on top of the melon. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the crème fraîche with a little salt, pepper, and lemon juice until smooth. Arrange it on the platter. Drizzle the melon and cheese generously with olive oil. Place the Parma ham on top. Cut the chives into 5 cm pieces and sprinkle them all over.
