Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 honeydew melon(s)
- 2 cl port wine
- 1 banana(s)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 300 g raspberries
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 cl cherry brandy
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Halve the melon, scoop out the seeds, and scoop out the flesh with a melon baller. Let it macerate in a bowl, drizzled with port wine. Peel the banana, slice it, and drizzle with lemon juice. This allows the banana to develop its full flavor and prevent it from tarnishing. Sort the raspberries. Carefully mix all the fruit, arrange it in a decorative bowl, sprinkle with sugar, and fragrant with the kirsch.
