Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 bananas
- 500 g melon(s), (watermelon), or of your choice

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 15 minutes
quick fruit ice cream
Peel the bananas, slice them, and freeze them. Remove any large seeds from the watermelon (I was lucky and got a small one with just a few tiny seeds), remove the rind, and cut the flesh into small pieces, also freezing. Just before serving, simply place the frozen fruit pieces in a blender and blend briefly.
