Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 125 g rice
  • 250 g minced meat
  • 3 large tomatoes
  • ½ can corn
  • n. B. cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Prepare the rice according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, chop the tomatoes into small pieces. When the rice is ready, brown the ground beef in a pan, then add the rice and cook briefly. Then add the tomatoes and corn and cook until the rice turns a light red from the tomato juices. Finally, season with salt and pepper and stir in some cheese, if desired.
