Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ honeydew melon(s), (approx. 300g)
- 100 g blueberries
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- Sugar
- lemon juice
- Ice, cubed
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Scoop out the inedible core from the melon halves. Season the blueberries with sugar and lemon juice and fill the melon halves. Sprinkle the cream cheese on top of the blueberries and serve the melon over ice cubes.
