Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 75 butter
- 75 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 200 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 500 g quark
- 150 g sugar
- 1 cup(s) oil
- 500 ml milk
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
- 3 egg whites
- 100 g sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Kneaded dough: 75g butter, 75g sugar, 1 egg, 200g flour, and 1 teaspoon baking powder. Pour everything into a greased springform pan (26cm diameter) and press the sides up well. Topping: 500g quark, 150g sugar, 1 cup oil, 1/2 liter milk, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, 3 egg yolks, 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder, and the juice of 1 lemon – mix everything well and pour over the dough (careful: it’s very runny). Bake at 200°C for about 45 minutes; meanwhile, beat 3 egg whites with 100g sugar until stiff. Carefully spread or pipe this mixture onto the baked cake and bake for another 15 minutes. Let cool in the pan.
