Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ melon(s) (melon skin)
- 1 banana(s)
- 2 tbsp cranberries
- 2 tbsp almond slivers
- 200 g kefir
- 2 tbsp sugar, approx.
- 1 dashes lime juice, fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Halve the melon, remove the seeds, and scoop out balls. Peel and slice the banana. Roast the almonds in a dry pan. Stir together the dressing and season to taste. Mix the banana and melon and place in bowls or on plates. Then pour the dressing over the top. Finally, sprinkle with almonds and cranberries.
