Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 melon(s) (cantaloupe), diced into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup yogurt, Greek
- ½ tsp cardamom powder
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- Lemon juice or lime juice

In a small bowl, make a dressing with the yogurt, sugar, cardamom, and citrus juice. Pour this dressing over the melon cubes, toss to combine, and serve immediately. The melon cubes should be well chilled for this salad. Cantaloupe is best, but any other type of melon with greenish-white or orange flesh will also work. If you’re not using Greek yogurt, use plain yogurt with 3.7% fat and let it drain slightly.
