Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 200 ml sweet cream
  • 1 pack of cream stiffener
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and quarter them. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and cream stiffener until stiff peaks form. Mix the quark and sugar in a bowl with a mixer until the sugar has dissolved. Then fold the cream into the quark. Finally, fold in the strawberries. Chill the quark in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours. Very delicious on hot summer days. Tip: Also delicious with mandarins or pineapple.
