- 1 Pack. Fresh pepper mix
- 3 medium sized Fresh onion
- 1 bottle Texicana Salsa by Maggi
- 0,5 tablespoon Clarified butter
- Wash and core the paprika and cut into bite-sized strips.
- Peel the onions, cut in half and cut into strips.
- Heat the pan with clarified butter. Let the onions become translucent, then add the peppers and cook until they are soft, but they should still have a bite.
- Now add the bottle of Texicana Salsa, heat again briefly and you’re done.
