Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 tbsp sugar, brown, soft
- 6 tbsp white sugar
- 4 tbsp paprika powder
- 4 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp black pepper, crushed
- 1 tbsp ginger powder
- 1 tbsp onion granules
- 1 tbsp rosemary, dried and crushed

Dry Rub for Pork
Combine all spices and mix well. Ideal for seasoning, for example, pork steaks, pulled pork, and layered meats cooked in a Dutch oven or roaster/oven.
