Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 600 g of meat sausage in one piece (e.g. a ring)
- e.g. ketchup
- 1 class can/n sauerkraut (drained weight 125 g)
- 24 slices of breakfast bacon

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
easy and fast
Drain the sauerkraut. Cut the sausage into 24 slices and brush one side with ketchup, then spread the sauerkraut evenly among the sausage slices. Wrap each sausage and sauerkraut slice crosswise with a slice of bacon (like a parcel). Place the “pralines” on a prepared baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes, until the bacon is browned to your liking.
