Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 packet of pudding powder (Gala cream)
- 40 g sugar
- 500 ml milk
- 75 g dark chocolate
- 4 tbsp rum
- 200 g whipped cream, cold
- 1 pack of cream stiffener
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- n. B. Chocolate shavings for garnishing
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Mix the pudding powder with the sugar. Gradually stir in at least 6 tablespoons of the milk until smooth. Bring the remaining milk to a boil. Remove from the heat and whisk in the mixed powder. Return the pudding to the heat and cook for at least 1 minute while stirring. Place cling film directly on top of the hot pudding and allow to cool. Meanwhile, chop the chocolate into small pieces. Stir the rum and chocolate pieces into the cold pudding. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and vanilla sugar until stiff. Fold 2/3 of the cream into the cold pudding and then divide evenly among dessert glasses. Place the remaining cream in a piping bag and pipe on top. Serve garnished with chocolate shavings.
