Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 3 egg whites
  • some sprinkles (colored sugar pearls)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes

for Halloween or Carnival

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil and preheat the oven to 100°C. Sift the powdered sugar. Beat the egg whites until stiff and stir in the powdered sugar. Pipe small towers onto the baking sheet using a piping bag. Press sugar pearls into the towers for eyes and a mouth. Dry in the oven with the door slightly ajar for about 2-3 hours.
