Ingredients
- 1 Red pepper
- 8 Medium grated potatoes
- 2 Grated carrots
- 300 g Freshly cooked red cabbage
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Oatmeal
- 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 5 tbsp Flour
- 2 tsp Dried root parsley
- 1 tsp Dried marjoram
- 1 pinch Coriander
- 1 pinch Pimento
- 0,5 tsp Fennel seeds
- 1 pinch Ginger bread spice
- Salt and pepper
- Palmin Coconut Fat
Instructions
- Clean the paprika and dice very finely.
- Mix all ingredients together. Melt the fat in a pan and add a spoonful of buffer to the hot fat. Bake well (crispy). Keep the finished buffers warm in the preheated oven.
- A fresh salad goes wonderfully with it.
