Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 loaf(s), round, approx. 500 g
- Butter or remoulade
- 150 g tomato(s), sliced
- 150 g onion(s), sliced
- 150 g gherkins, sliced
- 150 g cheese (sliced cheese)
- 1 ½ kg minced meat
- 6 slices of salami
- 1 radish
- chives
- cress
- Parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Slice the bread crosswise using a large slicer or carefully with a sharp bread knife. Leave the top slice and eat it as a sandwich. Spread the remaining slices with butter or remoulade and top each with tomato, onion, cucumber, and cheese. Reserve a few onion rings for garnish. Stack the bread and press the minced meat around the edges in portions. Decorate the minced meat cake with salami, onion rings, radishes, and herbs, as desired.
