Banana split muffins with yogurt

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 270 g flour
  • 140 g margarine
  • 2 ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 bananas
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • Chocolate shavings
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 dash of lemon juice
  • ½ cup cream, approx. 100 g
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ½ pack of cream stiffener
  • Brittle
  • Walnuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Mash the bananas in a bowl. Add all the remaining ingredients, except the chocolate, to the bowl and knead well. Stir in the chocolate shavings. Pour the batter into 12 muffin tins. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake the muffins for 20-25 minutes. Test the doneness with a toothpick. Top with whipped cream, vanilla sugar, and cream stabilizer. Spread the batter over the cooled muffins and garnish with praline and 1/4 walnut.
