Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 3 onions
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can of peeled tomatoes (850 ml)
  • ½ bottle of ketchup
  • ⅛ liter broth
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • possibly Maggi

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Brown the minced meat thoroughly. Dice the onions and bell peppers and add them to the minced meat. Drain the corn and kidney beans, rinse the kidney beans thoroughly with water, and mix with the minced meat. Stir the peeled tomatoes into the minced meat with just a little tomato juice. Add the ketchup and stock and bring to a boil briefly. Season with Worcestershire sauce (I also season with a little Maggi stock and liquid Maggi). Side dish: Baguette
